On October 25, 2024 a seminar on free/libre and open-source software (FLOSS) took place in EGC’s class schedule for its students. The talk was given by David Benavides, coordinator and theory professor at EGC, and covered topics such as the definition of FLOSS, examples in the software we use every day, its history, types of licenses and the advantages of using it.
This activity marks the beginning of the InnoSoft Days program. If you were unable to attend or would like to review the agenda, you can find the slides here.
